Summer Day Camps & Classes

We offer a variety of camps for ages 6-14 and for varying skill levels, including our new themed camps, Books In the Barn, Wild West, and Unmounted Games! Be sure to scroll all the way down and read through all the options below to find the right camp for your young equestrian! Space is limited in each camp, so hurry!

**NEW** summer Intro to Horses class added for ages 4-adult!!

Horse camp is an excellent way to have fun, meet new friends, and stay active and outdoors all while learning about the best animal ever- HORSES!!! These 4-day camp weeks include games, arts & crafts, horse-related activities, a riding lesson each day, and more! The day begins at 9am and ends at 2pm, Monday through Thursday of your chosen week. Campers are required to bring their own lunch. These camps are designed for riders ages 6-14. The cost is $425 per week due at the time of registration. All required forms will be due no less than 7 days prior to the start of your camp week. Space is limited to the first 8 riders and will fill up quickly!

Half-day camps are designed for horse lovers on a budget! Each week has its own theme and includes hands-on interaction with our horses, games, arts & crafts, educational activities, even an escape room! These mini camps run from 9am-12pm Monday through Thursday of your chosen week. The cost is $250 for the week due at the time of registration. All required forms will be due no less than 7 days prior to your chosen date. Space is limited to the first 12 participants so act quickly before they fill up!

  Books In The Barn Camp is a specially designed literacy-based camp using the powerful relationship between horse and human to develop reading skills. (Click here or visit www.horsepoweredreading.com for more info!) Our camps include unmounted experiential and classroom activities designed to boost reading skills and help prevent the dreaded "summer slide". Camps run from 12:30pm-3:30pm Monday-Thursday of your chosen week. The cost is $250 for each session due at the time of registration. All required forms will be due no less than 7 days prior to your camp week. Space is limited to the first 6 registrants.

Intro to Horses Class

This special summer session gets your kids (or even you!) out of the house and into nature, rain or shine! Every Friday over the summer (June 21st-August 16th, no class July 5th) we'll learn the basics of caring for and working with horses, including grooming, feeding, hoof care, safe handling, and more! Hands-on activities, arts and crafts, and games will be included in each session, and there are pigs, goats, chickens, cats, and dogs to interact with as well. Lather up the sunscreen, bring a water bottle, and come enjoy the farm as you learn about the world's best animal- HORSES!! This class does not include riding, but participants will receive a coupon for 10% off of a month of riding lessons! Space is limited to the first 12 students in each group (only 6 students for the youngest age group!), and registration closes June 14th, so move quickly before they fill up!
